Eight weekly community-based Socials
Dedicated Community Facilitator

$499 / 8-week season

GOOD TO KNOW

Transportation is arranged by members and families. Individual food, beverages, and optional purchases are not included. Community Facilitators provide group-level support rather than one-on-one caregiving.
